Hello!

I am a program and operations lead, with over 7 years of experience leading multi-dimensional global projects in resource constrained and precarious settings.

I have previous leadership experiences in the nonprofit and business sector, including formative experiences in my family's retail and restaurant small businesses.

At my core, I am a connector - I enjoy activating resources that enable innovation and solutions. I focus on impact and value, whether it is building transformative projects for rural communities or rethinking operational strategies for efficiency.

Having lived in between cultures and places from a young age, I employ a global sensibility to drive collaboration - integrating knowledge, lived experience, and solutions.

Some of my interests include personal finance, propagating plants, and recreating my favorite restaurant finds.

After having taken a career sabbatical for caregiving necessitated by family and the Covid-19 pandemic, I am excited to embark on a new chapter.

I was privileged to work directly with Tenzing for more than 5 years when I worked at the Machik office in Asia. She was an accessible and caring lead who mentored me in what was my first job out of college. One of Tenzing's many roles included being the liaison to our field office where she prioritized information flow and ensured cohesion between the two offices.
